I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing a comprehensive range of mental health services tailored to individuals across varying levels of clinical complexity. My practice includes specialized treatment in trauma and high-acuity mental health care, including but not limited to eating disorders, suicidality, homicidality, psychosis, and self-injurious behaviors. I also specialize in the treatment and management of personality disorders (C-PD).
My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based and integrative modalities. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, and I incorporate Somatic Experiencing® (as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner) to support nervous system regulation and trauma resolution. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II). Additional areas of training include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for obsessive-compulsive disorder, Ego-State therapy, advanced grief counseling, and clinical hypnotherapy as a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
My trauma-focused work spans a wide range of presentations, including single-incident trauma, complex trauma, developmental and pre-verbal trauma, intergenerational and transgenerational trauma, as well as systemic and pervasive traumas, including those related to racism and neocolonialism.
I also have extensive experience in early childhood (0–5) mental health, with a focus on fostering secure attachment and attunement between children and their caregivers. Additionally, I specialize in eating disorder treatment across all types and levels of severity, with an emphasis on supporting clients in developing a healthier relationship with food, body image, and self-concept.
I have significant experience providing care within affirming and inclusive clinical settings, including work with LGBTQ2S+ communities, ensuring that treatment is culturally responsive, identity-affirming, and grounded in both clinical rigor and respect for lived experience.
A central component of my work is Indigenous-focused mental health, where I integrate ancestral healing practices with Western clinical models to support holistic, culturally grounded, and sustainable healing. I work across the lifespan and have extensive experience integrating EMDR, somatic approaches, and ego-state therapies with children, adolescents, adults, and elders.
My practice emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and clinically sound care, with the goal of supporting stabilization, healing, and meaningful engagement in life
